Rental answers
Questions before the dumpster arrives.
The fastest answer is a phone call. These are the details most customers want to know first.
The essentials
Plan the rental with fewer surprises.
The base price includes delivery, pickup, a 10-day rental, and disposal up to the included weight: 1,000 lbs for the 15 yard and 2,000 lbs for the 20 yard. Any applicable overage, extension, special-item, or remote-delivery charge is discussed separately.
The rear door opens so you can carry items or roll a wheelbarrow into the container instead of lifting every load over the side wall. The door must be secured before pickup.
Same-day delivery may be available when route capacity allows, especially when you call early. We will confirm the actual delivery window before booking.
A firm, level area on private property—often a driveway—is usually simplest. The truck needs clear access for delivery and pickup. Confirm any HOA, property-manager, city, or county requirements that apply to your location.
Hazardous waste, liquid paint, chemicals, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, and other regulated materials are not accepted. Tires and appliances containing refrigerant require advance discussion.
Disposal above the included allowance can create an additional weight charge. Tell us before loading dense debris such as concrete, dirt, roofing, or masonry so we can help you plan.
The standard rental is 10 days. If you need more time, ask about availability and the extension charge before the original rental period ends.
Call when the load is level, the rear door is secured, and the access path is clear. We will confirm the pickup window.
Private-property placement often avoids street-placement rules, but requirements vary. Confirm applicable city, county, HOA, or property-manager rules for your exact location.
