Secure the door, keep the load level, and tell us when it is ready.
Match the container to the job
Dumpster size is only part of the decision. What you are loading, how dense it is, and how the project will unfold all affect the right plan.
The 15 yard container is a practical starting point for a garage cleanout, a single-room remodel, flooring removal, or a modest household project. It offers useful capacity without automatically taking the larger option. Its base price includes 1,000 pounds of disposal, so describe any especially heavy material before booking.
The 20 yard container adds room for larger home cleanouts, multi-room renovations, bulky furniture, roofing, and projects that create material over several days. Its base price includes 2,000 pounds of disposal. More volume does not make dense debris unlimited; concrete, dirt, masonry, and shingles still require advance discussion.
Make a quick list of the largest items and estimate how much of the space is filled with loose household material versus dense construction debris. A short phone conversation can prevent paying for unnecessary capacity or discovering that a weight-sensitive load needs a different approach.
Protect the schedule
A firm, level area on private property is usually the simplest placement. Clear vehicles, trailers, low branches, gates, and loose materials from the truck path. Think ahead to pickup day: the same path must still be open after workers and deliveries have moved through the property.
Confirm HOA, property-manager, city, or county requirements that apply to the exact location. Street placement or shared-property placement can involve rules that a normal driveway rental does not.
Use the walk-in rear door while loading, distribute material instead of building one unstable pile, and keep everything level with the top rail. Nothing should hang over the sides. Secure the rear door before requesting pickup and remove anything that was added without approval.
Hazardous waste, chemicals, liquid paint, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste are not accepted. Tires, refrigerant-containing appliances, and dense debris need a conversation before they go into the container.

Local equipment, local routes
